PRAQ, SAU is a company with more than 40 years of experience in the development, manufacture, and sale of auxiliary chemical products for industry. It was founded in 1979 in the town of Sils, Girona, Spain.

To continuously improve service quality through the periodic review of the Integrated Management System, this policy, and its objectives.

For this reason, the General Management has decided to implement a Quality Management System within the company based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is committed to complying with all applicable requirements in order to achieve the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

This policy is communicated, understood, and applied by all members of the organization and is also made available to customers, suppliers, and other interested parties.

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with and understanding of this policy lies with the Company’s Management, which is committed to promoting and supporting its implementation and development.

To this end, the Policy is available on the company’s network, on the company website, and on the information board accessible to all employees.
